Splat Tag Paintball Park
For over 25 years, Splat Tag Paintball Park has been a place where passion meets play. Founded in 1996 by Darrin Johnson, a lifelong paintball enthusiast, Splat Tag was never just a business—it was a dream brought to life.
A Field Built on Passion
Darrin’s love for paintball began in the mid-1980s when he played his first game. From that moment, he was hooked. It wasn’t just about the thrill of the game—it was about the camaraderie, the strategy, and the fun of being out in the woods with friends, testing skills, and creating great memories. He wanted to share that experience with others, and in 1996, he made it happen by opening Splat Tag.
Starting with just a handful of fields, Darrin built Splat Tag with a commitment to doing things the right way—honest pricing, fair play, and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. His goal wasn’t just to run a paintball park; it was to give players a place where they could experience the game the way he fell in love with it.
A Place for Every Player
Splat Tag has grown over the years, expanding to multiple locations, including the sprawling Hudson, WI, fields and the legendary Baldwin, WI, property. Each field is designed to immerse players in the game, using natural terrain, forts, bunkers, and castles to create dynamic battlefields. Whether you’re looking for fast-paced action, tactical challenges, or just a fun day out, there’s a place for you here.
